Facilities

Mark Grant Racing is based in Lambourn, Berkshire, widely known as the Valley of the Racehorse and one of the best training centres in the UK. 

Upshire House Facilities 

Tucked away in a quiet pocket of the village, our base at Upshire House Stables is the perfect place to start a young horse. Our self-contained facilities has a plethora of tracks and places to go without seeing traffic or other large strings of horses. It is a wonderful place to give a horse confidence before progressing to the roads and Lambourn Gallops. Our facilities include;

  • Lunge ring

  • 2 Furlong round canter

  • Horse walker

Jockey Club Estates facilties

When the horses are ready to move to the next stage in their education, we have the amazing Lambourn Gallops on our doorstep and available to use. This includes;

  • A vast number of gallops of varying surfaces and distances

  • Schooling facilities- hurdles and fences

  • Stalls
